First, the sleeve is not simply wrapped in canvas but requires the worker to pre-cut a groove on the wooden embryo to fit the metal plaque. This tests the skills of the worker to ensure that each groove is opened in the same location and size, ensuring the continuity of the quality. 

Second, the sleeve and the inner box are matched with tolerances, which only experienced carpenters can accurately guarantee that they are neither loose nor tight.

Step 1: Size Confirmation

After the sales department and the client agree on the overall dimensions of the box, our structural engineer creates a 3D model and produces engineering drawings using CAD software. It is crucial to address tolerance issues here. Inexperienced designers often struggle with tolerances, resulting in jewelry boxes that are either too loose or too tight or even have problems during installation. 

Our designers can appropriately consider the types and thicknesses of external materials, as well as the precision of factory machinery, allowing for suitable tolerances.

Step 2: Wood Cutting

Once the woodworking artisans receive the engineering drawings, they start cutting the wood. This step often requires the use of fixtures, which ensures production efficiency and improves consistency in quality, making the dimensions of the cut wood blanks consistent and meeting tolerance requirements.

Step 3: Mounting External Materials and Assembling the Jewelry Box

The cut wood pieces need to be covered with client-specified materials, which can include velvet, canvas, special paper, or textured paper, among others. We provide a wide variety of materials for clients to choose from. The process of mounting materials is a core technique, and inexperienced workers cannot achieve high-quality jewelry boxes.

Step 4: QC Inspection

For high-end custom jewelry boxes, we perform full inspections before shipping to ensure that every product delivered to clients is of high quality and meets your satisfaction. For jewelry boxes that are already produced in batches and have stable shipments, we conduct random inspections before shipping.
