Determine the type of packaging (such as jewelry boxes, gift bags, storage trays, etc.), size specifications (to fit different products like rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.), and protective performance (anti-oxidation, shock resistance, sealing).
What our company will provide: Reference cases or catalogs of reference samples, confirmation of color matching, and material preferences (flannelette, leather, specialty paper, recycled materials).
b. Design of Styles:
Based on the customer's brand, product category, usage, and budget, confirm the required box type, size, materials, accessories, logo, and printed copy. Output the initial design draft.
Connect with the customer for necessary documents, such as brand logos, copy, and essential elements.
c. Proofing Process:
Based on previous communications, confirm all requirements, including the selected box type, size, materials, and quantity, then provide the final sample and quotation for mass production. After the customer confirms the quotation, proceed to the pre-production sampling process. The sampling time is generally 10-20 days!
Our factory has a complete and mature production process. If the proofing involves processes such as printing, gold stamping, UV, etc. that need confirmation, we will make an appointment with you in advance to confirm the details.
d. Mass Production:
After the customer confirms the sample, mass production will be carried out according to the sample. The final effect and delivery cycle of the mass-produced products shall be subject to the confirmed sample and contract!
The final date of mass production shall start from the first day when the production order is issued to the factory, and a period of 30-40 days needs to be reserved.
