Confirm packaging type (box/bag/tray), size (for rings/necklaces, etc.), and protective features (anti-oxidation/shockproof/sealing). We provide: reference cases/catalogs, color & material (flannelette/leather/specialty paper/recycled materials) confirmation.

b. Design of Styles:

Based on your brand, product, and budget, finalize box type/size/materials/accessories/logo/copy, then deliver the initial design draft. Requires from you: brand logo, accessories, and key details. Output the initial design draft.

c. Proofing Process:

After confirming all requirements, we provide the final sample + mass production quotation. Sampling (10-20 days) starts once you confirm the quote.For processes like printing/gold stamping/UV, we’ll coordinate details with you in advance.

d. Mass Production:

Once you approve the sample, mass production proceeds (effect & lead time subject to the sample + contract). Lead time: 30-40 days (starts when the production order is issued).

Q: How long does it take to produce the custom jewelry boxes?

A: Generally speaking, the mass production time takes 25-40 days, which may vary according to the peak and off-peak periods of production. In general, the factors that restrict the mass production cycle include: order quantity, production line capacity utilization rate, raw material ordering cycle (especially for customer-specified imported materials, which require some time for customs clearance), and several other major factors.

Q: Can I get a sample before a bulk order?

A: Of course. In actual operation, we divide it into two situations: whether our company has this style in stock or not.

If we have it in stock, we can send a sample to you for quality confirmation free of charge, but you will need to cover the shipping cost. This is a very time-saving option for you.

In the other case, if we don't have it in stock or if the customer needs to customize parameters such as color and material, our company will charge a sampling fee. However, this fee can be deducted from the payment for the mass production later. Essentially, it is also a free sampling service.
